Who can use The Send Labs during the beta?
Teams we invite. Request access with your work email and we will reply when there is room. Invited teams can add their own colleagues.
How long should I warm up before a campaign?
At least 14 days for a new mailbox or domain. Keep warmup on afterwards, between and during campaigns, so your reputation stays where it is.
Will warmup emails clutter my inbox?
No. The Send Labs files them in a "The Send Labs" folder or label as soon as they arrive.
Do you read my email?
The Send Labs only looks for its own warmup and spam test emails, by their Message-ID or test code. Passwords and tokens are stored encrypted.
What does it cost?
Nothing during the beta, with up to 200 warmup emails a day per account.
