Acceptable Use Policy

Version 2026-10-22.6 · Last updated 22 October 2026

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It protects the people who receive email, the mailbox providers, and every customer whose reputation depends on a clean warmup network.

You must not use The Send Labs to

  1. send, or prepare mailboxes or domains to send, unsolicited bulk email (spam), or mail to purchased, rented, scraped or otherwise unconsented lists;
  2. send phishing, malware, scams, or anything that impersonates another person or organisation;
  3. send or support content that is unlawful under Indian law, including under the Information Technology Act, 2000, or under the law of the recipient's country;
  4. connect mailboxes or domains you are not authorised to use, or share your account with others to get around limits;
  5. interfere with the warmup network: open, click, reply to or report The Send Labs warmup emails other than through The Send Labs, change them, or use network mailbox addresses outside the service;
  6. evade mailbox provider filters for mail that recipients have not asked for, or hide the true sender of mail;
  7. test, probe, scan or attack the service, overload it, or access accounts or data that are not yours;
  8. resell, sublicense or offer the service to others without our written agreement.

Sending emails from The Send Labs

When sending is turned on for your account, you must:

  • email only people who asked to hear from you or with whom you have a genuine business relationship and a reason to write to them; never purchased, rented, scraped or guessed addresses;
  • write as yourself and your organisation, with a truthful subject, sender name and postal address;
  • leave the unsubscribe link in place, and never email again, by any route, someone who unsubscribed;
  • not get around the daily limit or the one-email-per-recipient rule, for example by spreading the same send over several mailboxes or accounts;
  • stop sending to an address that bounces, and stop a send that draws complaints.

Warmup emails you write yourself must be ordinary business text, without links, advertising or misleading content.

You must

  • give recipients of your campaigns a clear way to unsubscribe, and honour it promptly;
  • follow mailbox provider rules (such as the Gmail and Yahoo bulk sender requirements) and the anti-spam laws of the countries you send to;
  • keep your sending volumes reasonable; Co-pilot tells you when they are not.

What we do about breaches

We may warn you, pause warmup, turn off sending, block warmup emails you wrote, disconnect mailboxes, or suspend or close the account, depending on the risk to others. Where the law requires, we report unlawful activity to the authorities.

Reporting abuse

Write to [email protected] with the details. Grievances about personal data go to the Grievance Officer at [email protected].
