Email warmup that builds a real reputation
Mailbox providers trust senders whose emails people open, answer and rescue from spam. The Send Labs creates exactly that, every day, so your real emails land in the inbox.
Real conversations
Your mailbox sends short, natural business emails to other inboxes in The Send Labs network and gets replies back, in proper threads. No links, images or sales words.
Positive engagement
Receivers open your emails, mark some as important, and move any that land in spam back to the inbox, which tells the provider they are wanted.
Gradual ramp-up
Autopilot starts at 2 emails a day and adds 2 a day up to 40. Or choose Custom and set the start, daily increase, maximum (up to 100), reply rate, sending hours and days.
Out of your way
Warmup emails are filed in a "The Send Labs" folder or label right away, and each one is sent exactly once.
Reputation Score
Every warmup email is found again at the receiver: inbox, spam or missing. The last 14 days become a 0–100 score, Gmail and Microsoft counting more, with a chart by day and provider.
Every provider
Microsoft 365 and Outlook with Microsoft sign-in; Gmail, Google Workspace, Zoho and Yahoo with an app password; and any SMTP/IMAP server.
How long does it take?
Give a new mailbox or domain at least 14 days before its first campaign. Your first Reputation Score appears about 72 hours after you start. Then keep warmup on, between and during campaigns.
