Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Send Labs is currently free (early access), and nothing is charged. This policy will apply once paid plans start; we will tell you before any charge, and paid plans only start when you choose one.

Cancelling a paid plan

You will be able to cancel at any time from Billing or by writing to [email protected]. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.

Refunds

• A period that has started is not refunded, because the service is delivered from its first day.
• If you are charged twice, charged after cancelling, or cannot use the service because of a fault on our side, we refund the amount concerned.
• Yearly plans cancelled within 7 days of the first payment are refunded in full.
• Spam test credit packs are not refundable once used.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 business days, with a GST credit note.
