Mailbox providers you choose. When you connect a mailbox, The Send Labs works with it through its provider (for example Google, Microsoft, Zoho or Yahoo) at your instruction. These providers act for you under your own agreement with them, not as The Send Labs' sub-processors.
Seed mailboxes. The Send Labs' seed and warmup network mailboxes are hosted by the same kinds of providers. Warmup and test emails sent to them are processed by those providers under The Send Labs' agreements with them, in the regions each provider chooses.
To be told about changes, keep your account's email address current; we send notices to each workspace's owners. Questions: [email protected].
